I’m Troy Cryder BrownBus Productions was named after a brown VW Vanagon that I had. Some friends started to call me Brown Bus, and the name sort of stuck.
I attended and received a Bachelors Degree in Communications with an emphasis in Radio/Television from the University of Central Florida. For over 6 years I worked as a videographer/editor and still photographer for a contractor to NASA TV at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Reduction in the union workforce now allows me to spend more time on getting back in touch with former and current clients-as well as long shelved projects.
While working for KSC-TV/NASA TV at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, my daily duties ranged from documentation of spacecraft and launch vehicle processing, editing that video for media handout, operation of cameras and live/ENG trucks for live events – often all in the same day. Other production work included editing vehicle and payload processing flow tapes shown during press conferences and launch programming. I worked closely with a team of other photojournalists and editors as well as NASA public affairs officers to provide the public and media outlets with exceptional footage of NASA events. No day was the same. Some days topped 16 hours, others we crammed what seemed like 16 hours of work into just 8.
My experience in photo, video and graphics offers a source for all your digital imaging needs- publicity photos, video documentation, music videos, video resume, surfing photography and videography, full scale dvd productions -I can handle your needs! Located in the heart of Florida’s Space Coast, BrownBus Productions is close to all Central Florida Locations.
